Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to perform patient triage in person, via telephone, and through secure messages, applying protocols and guidelines to facilitate optimal functioning. Deliver medical regimens as directed by physicians and advanced practice providers while assessing and analyzing patient needs. Collaborate with the clinic team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and stewardship, and foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare staff. Work a day shift in a clinic setting within Allenmore Hospital's ambulatory services, supporting interdisciplinary care for sports medicine and orthopedics patients.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
- Current basic life support certification (BLS)
- Two years of experience as an LPN
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience as an LPN - in a clinic setting preferred
