Job Summary
Provide general nursing care to patients, attend to their health and comfort, and observe and record treatment progress while reporting conditions to physicians. Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision and coordinate the delivery of patient care across all hospital clinics. Supervise nursing staff, manage the hiring process, oversee education and orientation, and develop policies and procedures. Assist physicians with onboarding and resolve problems that arise in Athena.
