LPN - Clinic

Obtain and verify patient health histories, perform focused assessments, and collect laboratory specimens. Administer medications and treatments as ordered, while providing direct care to ensure patient comfort and safety. Accurately document all assessments, treatments, medications, procedures, and test results in the electronic medical record. Assist physicians during examinations and diagnostic procedures, following approved protocols and clinical algorithms. Participate in developing individualized patient care plans and educate patients on physician recommendations and wellness initiatives. Maintain strict compliance with infection prevention and confidentiality standards. Attend monthly staff meetings for continuous quality improvement. Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with no overnight shifts.
