LPN Clinic – Family Medicine

Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Family Medicine team. Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation in medical records, complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions, implement pain management assessments, and follow patient safety goals and codes (e.g., Code Blue). Work a 8:00 AM–6:00 PM day shift within the Cleveland Clinic Health System, collaborating with R.N.s and physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The role requires periodic physical activity (walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance), adherence to infection control practices, and participation in quality and safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited LPN program
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Knowledge of Infection Control Practices
- Clinical experience preferred (one year)
