Job Summary
Assess patient conditions, take vital signs, and assist with examinations, phlebotomy, injections, and suturing. Administer medications per provider orders, document all interventions, and relay test results promptly. Provide patient education, triage phone calls, and schedule appointments while maintaining accurate medical records and equipment. Ensure a clean, sanitary workspace and maintain confidentiality. Licensed Practical Nurse in Tennessee with BLS certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of Tennessee
- American Heart Association BLS required
