LPN - CLINIC

Assess patient conditions, take vital signs, and administer medications per provider orders. Assist with examinations, phlebotomy, injections, suturing, and other office procedures while documenting all interventions in the medical record. Provide patient education, triage phone calls, and relay test results promptly. Maintain equipment, ensure supply stock, and schedule appointments as needed. Collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting.
