LPN - CLINIC

Assess patient conditions, take vital signs, and assist with examinations, phlebotomy, injections, and suturing under provider supervision. Administer medications per orders, document all interventions in the medical record, and ensure timely relay of test results. Provide patient education, triage phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage supply inventory while maintaining equipment and confidentiality. Demonstrate sensitivity to patient comfort using AIDET fundamentals and collaborate with the care team. Licensed Practical Nurse in Tennessee with BLS certification required.
