LPN - CLINIC

Assess patient conditions, take vital signs, and assist providers with examinations, phlebotomy, injections, and suturing. Administer medications per provider orders, document all interventions, and relay test results promptly. Orient personnel, triage phone calls, and schedule appointments as directed. Maintain accurate medical records, ensure supply and equipment stock, and educate patients on wellness and provider instructions. Collaborate with the care team to promote patient comfort and privacy. Licensed Practical Nurse in Tennessee with BLS certification required.
