LPN (Clarksburg)

Licensed Practical Nurse in Clarksburg responsible for rendering nursing care to patients in assigned areas, documenting care, administering medications, performing IV procedures (post-training), venous blood draws, and providing patient/caregiver health teaching. Works collaboratively with the health care team to develop and execute the plan of care, communicate patient needs, and support CCWV quality initiatives. Includes routine administrative and clinical tasks, patient education, and participation in staff development and meetings. Must maintain confidentiality, follow infection control policies, and adapt to multiple facilities as needed.
