LPN - Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic (Part-Time)

Obtains vital signs, height, and weight; documents patient information including allergies, medications, and smoking status in the electronic medical record. Facilitates prior authorization for psychotropic medications and manages prescription refill requests. Provides relevant patient education and relays provider directions while documenting all interactions. Responds to patient questions and ensures accurate, timely EMR updates. Requires current Nebraska state license, EMR experience, and CPR certification. Part-time schedule includes 24 hours weekly with specific morning and afternoon shifts.
