LPN Charge Nurse

Job Summary
Supervise daily nursing activities and clinical operations to ensure quality resident care aligns with established standards and policies. Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff while monitoring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain a safe, effective care environment and promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being. Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability. This role requires a current, active LPN license and at least one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program
- Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
