Job Summary
As an LPN Charge Nurse, provide compassionate, direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents’ conditions, supervise CNAs, maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Work collaboratively with RNs and the care team to deliver person-centered care in a nonprofit Georgia facility, with responsibilities across day and night shifts in a part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
