Job Summary
Provide high-quality clinical care as an LPN in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team; provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans; supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care; maintain accurate and timely documentation; ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards; communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
