LPN - Charge Nurse (Night Shift)

Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities and direct care staff while delivering quality nursing care in accordance with resident assessments and individualized care plans. Monitor residents' conditions, promptly report changes to healthcare professionals, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies by collaborating with physicians, nurses, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing assistants and other staff to assist in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents. Work the night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program
- Current, active, and unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing facility, long-term care setting, or related healthcare environment preferred
