Job Summary
Monitor resident conditions and needs, administering medications and treatments per physician orders while ensuring narcotic policies are followed. Oversee nursing assistant-registered staff to verify resident care plans are implemented. Complete documentation for admissions and discharges, reporting bruises, skin tears, or neglect immediately. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility policies. Provide customer service to residents, families, and visitors while building rapport. Work 12-hour shifts in a full-time rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
