Job Summary
LPN Charge Nurse at Vitality Living Arlington Community responsible for administering or assisting with medications and treatments, collecting specimens, communicating with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms, ensuring physician orders and reports are scanned and filed in resident charts, and assisting in the development and revision of service plans; performs duties as directed by Wellness Director. Requires being 21+, strong English communication, valid LPN/LVN license with CPR certification, and adherence to state/provincial healthcare requirements. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, PTO, quarterly bonuses, and 401k. Full-Time position.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
- Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently LPN/LVN
- Maintain any other certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
