Job Summary
LPN Charge Nurse responsible for administering or assisting with resident medications and treatments, coordinating specimen transport, communicating with physicians, ensuring accurate charting and documentation, assisting in development and revision of service plans, and performing duties as directed by the Wellness Director. Must maintain licensure and CPR, demonstrate effective English communication, and support a collaborative resident-care team in a full-time role at Vitality Living's Columbia community.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Current state or provincial health-related requirements met
- Maintain current professional license
- Maintain CPR certification if currently LPN/LVN
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to meet any other state/provincial regulatory certifications as required
