LPN Charge Nurse - FT

Administer or assist residents with self-administered medications and treatments, while collecting, storing, and transporting specimens for laboratory studies. Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and forms to ensure orders, reports, and data are scanned and filed in resident charts. Assist in developing and revising service plans, informing the Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences. Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director. Full-time role with medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, attendance bonuses, and 401k.
