LPN Charge Nurse - FT

Administer or assist residents with self-administered medications and treatments. Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies while communicating with physicians via telephone, fax, and forms. Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and data are scanned and filed in resident charts. Assist in developing and revising service plans, informing the Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences. Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director.
