Job Summary
As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents’ conditions, provide direct nursing care per care plans, supervise and support CNAs, maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team. The role requires strong clinical judgment, clear communication, teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate long-term care within a non-profit organization.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
