Job Summary
LPN Charge Nurse - Days at StoneBridge Senior Living in Osage Beach, MO. Coordinates the nursing care of residents on the unit, administers and documents medications and treatments per physician orders, conducts nursing assessments, and responds to resident needs. Requires a current LPN license, CPR certification, and comfort with gerontological nursing and long-term care duties; 2 years’ experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. Required Qualifications
