Job Summary
Supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines. Write weekly or monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities, and address problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review. This role supports the team at Chesapeake Health & Rehabilitation Center's 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, focusing on enriching the lives of patients and families through genuine relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred
