Lead the building in the absence of department heads by supervising the Wellness team and ensuring person-centered care is delivered quickly and reliably. Act as a force on the floor by assisting with call lights, responding to team requests, and prioritizing resident needs with a sense of urgency. Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently while exemplifying core values in every interaction to ensure residents feel safe and cared for. Provide direct nursing care including medication passes as needed, assist residents with mobility, and perform transfers up to 50 pounds. Work Wednesday shifts from 6am to 6pm at Rock Creek Senior Living in Ankeny, Iowa, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and hourly wages ranging from $37.00 to $39.50.
