Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, observe patient behaviors, and track responses to treatments. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the journey. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
