Job Summary
Administer medications safely using aseptic technique and maintain detailed patient records with a focus on follow-through. Provide age-specific care to residents and hospital patients while collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary team. Maintain current BCLS certification and demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to support analytical problem solving. Utilize EPIC for documentation where proficient. Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited LPN program
- current NYS LPN license
- BCLS training
- current certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Proficiency with care tasks such as safe medication administration
- Proficiency with care tasks such as aseptic technique
- Excellent interpersonal skills
