Job Summary
Assist in the design and oversight of efficient patient flow while upholding an environment of patient safety and satisfaction. Perform safe medication administration and aseptic technique with excellent interpersonal skills to enhance age-specific patient care and team collaboration. Maintain detail-orientation across multiple tasks with strong follow-through to completion. Ensure current NYS LPN licensure, BCLS training, and EPIC proficiency are maintained. Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited LPN program
- current NYS LPN license
- BCLS training
- current certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Proficiency with care tasks such as safe medication administration, aseptic technique, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
