LPN

Administer routine services to sub-acute, chronic, and convalescent adult/geriatric residents under Registered Nurse supervision. Perform vital signs, medication administration, lab monitoring, and care for pre/post procedures while identifying and reporting resident status changes. Provide written and verbal education to residents, families, and staff; document education and physician orders accurately. Update resident plans of care, reconcile medications at admission and discharge, and oversee dining areas. Maintain knowledge of safety, infection control, isolation precautions, and PPE. Requires New York State LPN licensure, accredited nursing school graduation, CPR certification, and basic computer skills. Full-time employees receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
