Job Summary
Assist in the design and oversight of efficient patient flow while upholding an environment of patient safety and satisfaction. Perform care tasks including safe medication administration and aseptic technique with a detail-orientation to ensure follow-through. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills for effective oral and written communication to enhance age-specific patient care, team collaboration, and analytical problem solving. Hold a current NYS LPN license, BCLS training, and proficiency with EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited LPN program
- current NYS LPN license
- BCLS training
- current certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Proficiency with care tasks such as safe medication administration, aseptic technique, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
