Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and RN Nurse Manager in managing and leading a specific nursing unit. Evaluate available resources to assure quality care outcomes and assist in the direction and implementation of the nursing process. Coordinate resident care through a well-defined care delivery system by providing systematic data collection, developing care plans, and revising them as needed. Requires current LPN registration in Minnesota, BLS certification, and strong verbal/writing communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- current LPN registration in the state of Minnesota
- successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing when coordinating the care of the residents
