Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing and RN Nurse Manager in managing and leading a specific nursing unit by evaluating available resources to ensure quality care outcomes. Coordinate the management of resident care through a defined delivery system, including systematic data collection, developing care plans, and implementing or revising those plans. Maintain current LPN registration in Minnesota and hold CPR certification while communicating verbally and in writing to coordinate resident care.
Required Qualifications
- current LPN registration in the state of Minnesota
- successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing when coordinating the care of the residents
