Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Care Center. Full-time nights. Provide quality nursing care to patients within an interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, monitor patient changes, and deliver care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, graduation from an accredited LPN program, CPR certification, and preferred 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
