Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed at Life Care Center of Longmont in Boulder, CO. The role involves delivering quality nursing care to patients, monitoring and reporting changes in condition, and assigning duties while providing clinical supervision to CNAs within an interdisciplinary team. Required Qualifications
