Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Life Care Center setting providing quality nursing care to patients within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in patients' condition, assigning duties, instructing and providing clinical supervision to CNAs, and delivering compassionate care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws. Requires an active LPN/LVN license and CPR certification; at least graduation from an accredited LPN program with preference for one year skilled nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- CPR certification must remain current during employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
