LPN

Provide licensed professional nursing care to support cardiovascular physicians, performing triage, documentation, injections, and diagnostic support. Maintain patient records in paper and/or electronic systems while responding to needs in-clinic and by phone. Accurately document vital signs, medications, and allergies; support physicians during visits with follow-through on orders and patient instructions. Collaborate via EMR communications, assist with Coumadin clinics, blood draws, and pacemaker checks, and manage forms, pre-certifications, and safety checks. Offer cross-coverage to other clinics as needed. Requires current Louisiana LPN license, BLS certification, and EMR skills.
