LPN - Cardiovascular (Inpatient)

Perform direct care for cardiovascular inpatients, including post-op day one CABG, thoracotomy, and vascular surgery patients. Conduct hourly patient rounding, complete initial assessments upon admission, and develop and modify plans of care based on continuous evaluation. Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and ensure a clean, tidy work environment. Report safety hazards, communicate with colleagues to resolve issues, and fulfill all departmental competencies. Requires Illinois RN license, ACLS within one year, and BLS within 30 days. Salary range is $25.73 to $41.87 per hour.
