Job Summary
Provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision of a licensed professional or RN; maintain accountability for patient care and coordinate with other departments to plan and deliver care. Stand/walk most of the shift and lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds as part of duties. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure in the hiring state, plus Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, and other unit-specific certifications) may be required depending on position/unit. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- LPN license current in hiring state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS/PALS/PEARS or STABLE or equivalent unit-specific certifications as required
