LPN - Cardiac Intermediate 4D (Springfield)

Provide patient care for critically ill post-operative cardiothoracic, vascular, and medical overflow patients in a 28-bed intermediate ICU. Manage common therapies including chest tubes, lytic therapy, antidysrhythmic drugs, vasopressors, and ventilator support. Coordinate care with other departments and maintain patient confidentiality under RN supervision. Requires current LPN licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. New or experienced nurses eligible; experienced candidates receive up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and frontloaded PTO. Join a team with cross-training opportunities between Neuro Trauma PCU and ICUs.
