LPN - Cardiac Intermediate 4D

Provide patient care in a 28-bed intermediate ICU for critically ill post-operative cardiothoracic, vascular, and medical overflow patients. Manage common therapies including chest tubes, lytic therapy, antidysrhythmic medications, low-dose vasopressors, Bipap, high-flow oxygen, insulin drips, and Precedex. Coordinate care with Neuro Trauma PCU and ICUs for cross-training opportunities while maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality under RN supervision. Requires current LPN licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. New or experienced LPNs eligible; consider sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 and PTO frontload for full-time staff.
