Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN/LVN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting under physician orders, collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Monitor vital signs and patient responses, support rehabilitation goals, and foster compassionate, personalized care while building rapport with patients. Demonstrate clinical skills, communicate effectively with the care team, and contribute to the patient’s recovery journey. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting experience (preferred)
- Rehabilitation experience (preferred)
- CPR certification
