Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
