Job Summary
Utilize principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties and conducting initial data collection on all residents. Participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by registered nurses. Maintain current state licensure in good standing and demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Clinical experience is preferred. This role offers a salary range of $31.35 to $35.09 per hour with shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts. Benedictine is a non-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica operating in Owatonna, MN, focused on hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice.
Required Qualifications
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
