Job Summary
LPN to deliver hands-on patient care in an on-site role. Responsibilities include obtaining vitals, administering medications, supporting procedures, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR/First Aid (as applicable) and state nursing license requirements
- Ability to obtain and document vitals, administer medications, support procedures, and maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient and family education
- Infection-control and safety compliance knowledge
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
