Utilize principles of Relationship Based Care to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. Perform initial data collection on all residents and participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by RNs. Maintain current state licensure in good standing with the ability to read, write, and communicate in English; clinical experience is preferred.
