Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing standards while monitoring and documenting individuals' physical and behavioral health status. Conduct nursing assessments for withdrawal symptoms, communicate significant condition changes to providers, and assist with medication reconciliation and discharge planning. Respond to medical emergencies, collaborate with counselors and case managers on treatment plans, and maintain accurate electronic health record documentation. Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and participate in shift reports and quality improvement initiatives. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with a base pay of $38.00-$40.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment, detoxification, CSS, behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or residential treatment settings

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
