Job Summary
Provide patient care under RN supervision using the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality. Coordinate care across departments while managing psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders, and substance use disorders through evaluation, education, medication therapy, and relapse prevention. Deliver individual and group therapy support within a structured therapeutic environment. Work 36 hours per week on night shifts at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current LPN license in our state or can be obtained within 90 days
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- IV Certification within 1 year
- 36 hours per week
- Nights
