Job Summary
Provide patient care under RN supervision using the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality. Coordinate care across departments and uphold patient rights within a structured therapeutic environment for individuals with psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders, and substance use disorders. Deliver evaluation, education, medication therapy, and relapse prevention support through individual and group therapy. Work 36 hours per week on nights at Mercy Behavioral Health Services in Festus, MO, with a sign-on bonus for graduates or experienced LPNs.
Required Qualifications
- Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current LPN license in our state or can be obtained within 90 days
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- IV Certification within 1 year
- 36 hours per week
