Job Summary
Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse or licensed prescriber using the nursing process. Coordinate care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Deliver evaluation, education, medication therapy, and relapse prevention within a structured therapeutic environment for individuals with psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders, or substance use disorders. Work 36 hours per week on night shifts. Requires a Practical Nursing Degree, current LPN license, and IV certification within one year.
Required Qualifications
- Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current LPN license in our state or can be obtained within 90 days
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- IV Certification within 1 year
- 36 hours per week
