LPN Behavioral Health

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with eating disorders and mental health conditions, including nutritional status, vital signs, BMI calculations, and fall precautions. Administer and document medications, monitor meal completion and supplement intake, and collaborate with the dietary team to implement prescribed meal plans. Manage the medication administration record, verify medication integrity, and report observed changes in physical or mental status. Design and teach programs for clients and families while collaborating with physicians to provide education on optimal medication use. Adhere to all facility policies, federal regulations, and state licensing board scope of practice.
