Job Summary
Monitor patient health, administer basic care, and implement individualized nursing interventions within the LPN/LVN scope of practice. Collaborate with the team to address physical, biopsychosocial, developmental, and cultural needs while ensuring patient safety and resolving complaints. Provide safe medication delivery, maintain professional standards, and document patient symptoms, responses, and progress accurately. Discuss care plans with patients, listen to concerns, and report status changes to registered nurses and doctors. Work nights in a 114-bed facility supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life's toughest moments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN/LVN license as required by state
- CPR certification
- De-escalation/restraint certification
- First aid (may be required based on state or facility)
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years' of nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility
