Job Summary
Provide resident care in a long-term care facility as an LPN with a Virginia license; collaborate in a family-first, team-oriented culture; complete an accredited nursing program and maintain active Virginia LPN licensure. Requires strong communication and observation skills, knowledge of nursing practices and relevant laws/regulations, and the ability to make independent decisions to support residents' comfort, dignity, and joy.
Required Qualifications
- Current Virginia LPN license.
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
